Graphic Designer Job Overview

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to develop high-quality visual content that aligns with our brand and marketing goals. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating designs for digital and print media, social media campaigns, branding initiatives, as well as animation and motion graphics. They should have a strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.

Main Responsibilities:

Graphic Design, Motion Graphics & Branding:

  • Create visually appealing graphics for social media, websites, marketing materials, and advertisements.
  • Develop branding elements such as logos, packaging, and promotional content.
  • Design and animate motion graphics for videos, social media, and digital platforms.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all designs and marketing materials.

Marketing Alignment:

  • Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to create designs that align with campaigns and promotional efforts.
  • Design assets for digital marketing campaigns, email newsletters, and social media posts.

Creative Development:

  • Conceptualize and develop innovative design and animation ideas to enhance brand identity.
  • Stay updated on design trends, motion graphics tools, industry best practices, and emerging technologies.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content creators, videographers, and photographers.
  • Revise designs and animations based on feedback and ensure timely project completion.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (portfolio required).
  • Experience in animation and motion graphics for digital platforms.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Canva.
  • Experience with motion tools like Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout principles, and animation techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
