We are seeking a talented and passionate female Hairdresser / Hair Trainer to join our team. This role is responsible for providing education and promoting our product brand through training. The primary goal will be to increase brand awareness, drive sales, and establish relationships with salon and industry professionals.
Responsibilities- Conduct product demonstrations and provide basic training on our products to customers and industry professionals.
- Ensure comprehensive product knowledge (theory & practical) is delivered as per brand protocol and understood by students.
- Prepare educational materials such as presentations, workbooks, and product samples in a timely manner for training sessions.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate and current information.
- Conduct daily in-salon or academy training, demos, and market visits.
- Assist customers with product selection, address inquiries, and provide recommendations based on their needs.
- Build rapport with customers and maintain a positive, professional brand image.
- Schedule and reschedule appointments for follow-up trainings and meetings, coordinating with the booking team.
- Develop and document all trainings, demonstrations, and meetings for follow-up.
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide product expertise during customer interactions, trade shows, and events.
- Identify and address customer concerns to ensure satisfaction and support sales growth.
- Assist with sales, marketing, and event preparations, including salon setup, client consultations, and treatments, during open days.
- Adhere to company policies, maintaining punctuality, hygiene, safety, and a positive attitude.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification in hair techniques preferred.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a salon environment.
- Previous experience as a trainer or educator is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of hair products, techniques, and current trends.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for the industry with a desire to learn and grow.
