Role:

  • Lead the development, deployment, and scaling of enterprise-grade AI solutions within the AI practice.
  • Drive both client implementations and proprietary IP development, ensuring technical excellence and strategic alignment.
  • Manage a team of junior developers, providing technical leadership, mentorship, and upskilling opportunities.
  • Collaborate with leadership, functional leads, and clients to align AI solutions with business needs and industry best practices.
  • Own technology stack decisions, ensuring seamless cloud-based integrations and scalable architectures.

Primary Job Responsibilities

  • Architect, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale AI/ML solutions leveraging Generative AI, LLMs, RAG frameworks, and agentic AI systems.
  • Oversee end-to-end solution development, from POC to full-scale production deployment in complex enterprise environments.
  • Establish software engineering best practices, enforce code quality, and lead performance optimization efforts.
  • Build and maintain robust API architectures, ensuring seamless integration into enterprise systems and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
  • Develop and scale proprietary AI-based products and frameworks that can be licensed as IP.
  • Lead client solution implementations, ensuring smooth adoption, integration, and scalability in production environments.
  • Conduct technical deep dives, troubleshoot system bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvements in AI system reliability.
  • Drive innovation by evaluating and adopting emerging AI technologies, ensuring the AI practice remains at the cutting edge.

The Individual

  • 6-8 years of hands-on experience in enterprise software development, AI/ML engineering, and cloud-based architectures.
  • 2+ years of experience leading AI solution development teams, managing both client-specific implementations and proprietary product builds.
  • Deep expertise in AI/ML frameworks, API development, and enterprise software integration.
  • Proven track record of designing and deploying AI solutions at scale within complex enterprise environments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript, with experience in both backend and frontend frameworks.
  • Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, MLOps, and scalable AI model deployment on cloud platforms.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise IT architectures, security, and AI-driven automation in production settings.
