Key Responsibilities of the Training Specialist:
  1. Support the smooth operation of the Human Resources Department, ensuring all responsibilities are managed and delivered to the highest standards.
  2. Proactively work to enhance guest service and team experience, providing a positive and responsive approach to inquiries and problem resolution.
  3. Implement plans to achieve human resources initiatives and hotel targets.
  4. Collaborate with key stakeholders to manage and review the team lifecycle, fostering a culture of growth, development, and performance.
  5. Manage the Human Resources budget and training plan, facilitating team performance evaluations with management.
  6. Build and maintain effective relationships with all key stakeholders.
  7. Review employee resourcing, compensation, development, training, and succession plans, providing recommendations to enhance performance and add value.
  8. Ensure compliance with legislation, planning and delivering due diligence activities, and performing follow-up for audits.
Requirements for the Training Specialist:
  1. Proven HR experience with strong problem-solving skills.
  2. Excellent managerial skills with a hands-on, lead-by-example approach.
  3. Passion for exceptional guest service and the hospitality industry.
  4. Ability to find creative solutions and offer sound advice and recommendations.
  5. Personal integrity and the ability to work in a demanding environment with excellence, dedication, and energy.
  6. Experience with IT systems across various platforms.
  7. Strong communication skills.
