Mindzer Systems, a leading IT consulting and solutions provider headquartered in Manama, Bahrain, is seeking a Web Developer to join our growing development team. We deliver robust ERP and web solutions across more than 30 countries, empowering businesses through innovation and technology.

In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining PHP-based eCommerce websites and contributing to our broader digital initiatives. We welcome candidates across experience levels who demonstrate solid programming fundamentals and a growth mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain PHP-based eCommerce websites and related features.
  • Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and project managers to implement technical solutions.
  • Use Git for version control and team collaboration.
  • Troubleshoot issues, perform debugging, and optimize performance across platforms.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
  • Contribute to release cycles, testing, deployment, and maintenance workflows.
  • Stay current with web development trends and share insights with the team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in web development using PHP (project-based, internship, or full-time).
  • Familiarity with Git version control and Composer.
  • Good understanding of software development principles and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Arabic language proficiency is required.
  • Must be based in Manama, Bahrain.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with eCommerce platforms like Magento or Laravel.
  • Familiarity with REST APIs and integration workflows.
  • Working knowledge of MySQL and database queries.
  • Exposure to cloud environments (e.g., AWS, DigitalOcean).
