Forklift Operator

We are looking for a Forklift Operator to join our team at our newly established manufacturing facility in Bahrain.

The Forklift Operator will play a crucial role in supporting our manufacturing operations by safely and efficiently handling materials and components used in the production of power generators and will ensure smooth workflow within the warehouse and production areas, maintaining high standards of safety and organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts to transport raw materials, components, and finished products within the warehouse and production areas.
• Load and unload trucks and delivery vehicles as needed, ensuring materials are handled carefully to prevent damage.
• Conduct daily inspections of forklift equipment and report any maintenance or safety issues promptly.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist with inventory management by organizing and stacking materials in designated locations.
• Collaborate closely with warehouse, production, and logistics teams to meet operational targets and deadlines.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse and work areas.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Valid forklift operator certification/license.
• Previous experience as a forklift operator in a manufacturing or warehouse environment, preferably in heavy equipment or industrial sectors.
• Strong knowledge of forklift safety practices and operational procedures.
• Ability to operate forklifts in confined spaces and handle heavy loads safely.
• Good physical condition and ability to lift and move materials as required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
