Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Auditor located in Manama. The Senior Auditor will be responsible for leading and executing audit engagements, identifying potential risks and fraud, formulating risk management strategies, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Daily tasks include preparing audit reports, analyzing financial statements, reviewing internal controls, and providing recommendations for improvements. The role also involves mentoring junior auditors, maintaining client relationships, and staying updated with industry standards and best practices.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in audit processes, financial statement analysis, and internal control assessment
  • Experience in risk management, fraud detection, and compliance with financial regulations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to lead teams and mentor junior staff
  • Client management and relationship-building skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA, ACCA, or equivalent certification preferred
