Job Description
Front Desk Agent

As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests, responsible for delivering exceptional service and creating a welcoming atmosphere. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a professional demeanor, and a passion for providing top-tier guest service. This role requires attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and a guest-focused approach to ensure a seamless check-in and check-out experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service Excellence: Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude, ensuring a positive first impression. Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timely service. Address guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
  • Operational Support: Manage reservations, room assignments, and special guest requests, ensuring that all details are handled accurately. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are prepared and ready for guest arrivals. Maintain accurate guest information in the property management system (PMS) to ensure smooth operations.
  • Administrative Support: Process guest payments and ensure that billing is accurate. Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner. Assist in preparing daily reports, including occupancy levels, arrivals, and departures, to keep the team informed and operations running smoothly.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as housekeeping and maintenance to ensure a seamless and memorable guest experience. Collaborate with the front office team to meet all operational needs and ensure that guest expectations are consistently exceeded.
  • Health, Safety, and Compliance: Adhere to all health, safety, and resort policies to ensure a secure environment for both guests and staff. Maintain compliance with resort regulations, guest confidentiality protocols, and industry standards to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Qualifications
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
  • Customer Service Focus: A passion for delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring a positive guest experience.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with property management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Professionalism: A professional, approachable, and friendly demeanor.
