Operations Manager

We are seeking a structured and experienced Operations Manager to oversee and improve systems and operations across our education, technology, and development initiatives.

We have developed the IP for a new AI + experiential learning framework and are launching our flagship location here in Bahrain this September.

This is a high caliber project which calls for seasoned professional only.

The ideal candidate will have an ability to create and maintain an efficient system of operation to support the business needs. The candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with different business units. The ideal candidate must be proactive, persistent and independent and will have previous experience in related fields.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and streamline operations across departments
  • Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity and reliability
  • Manage the daily functions of the business
  • Coordinate internal communication and timelines
  • Implement and maintain operational systems
  • Ensure quality control and workflow efficiency
  • Set and monitor KPIs for team members
  • Meet performance benchmarks and objectives set by senior leadership
  • Prepare annual performance review and reevaluate processes
  • Ensure regulatory, compliance and legal rules are followed
  • Manage budget to align with goals of business

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in operations
  • Background in education, children's services, or tech (preferred)
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Strong ability to multitask
  • Comfort working with multiple groups within business
  • Must be Pro-Active
