• Stay up to date with industry trends and contribute to the development of new software technologies and methodologies.
• Handling projects from early stages of planning to the late stages of software deployment.
• Oversee the execution of development projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Lead research efforts to explore and implement emerging technologies that enhance system performance and drive business innovation.
• Assess the technical and financial feasibility of projects, estimating time, resources, and costs required for delivery.
• Actively involve in knowledge sharing sessions.
• Assist in the recruitment process for new software developers, ensuring the team is staffed with top talent.

Required Skills

• Work experience as a Senior .NET Developer.
• In-depth knowledgein C#, REST API design, development and governance.
• Strong understanding of AWS services and architectures.
• Good to have: AWS Certification (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Developer) demonstrating proficiency in AWS services and cloud architecture.
• Knowledge on Content Management System.
• Familiarityto project manage with agile environments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills & troubleshooting abilities.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Good team player and can work with external teams.
• Self-starter and works with minimal supervision.
• Flexibility to meet deadlines and respond to urgent requests.
• Demonstrates strong managerial capabilities in team leadership, strategic planning, talent development, and operational oversight.

Required Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field.
• +8 years of experience.
