Job Description: Sales Coordinator

The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the hotel sales team through administrative tasks, coordination, and promotional activities. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Preparing all administrative documents required by the sales team.
  2. Attending to telephone, fax, and email inquiries promptly.
  3. Coordinating familiarizations and site inspections.
  4. Participating in monthly sales meetings.
  5. Managing sales department mail and maintaining a correspondence database.
  6. Assisting with direct mail campaigns.
  7. Maintaining both manual and electronic filing systems.
  8. Managing and updating the database.
  9. Creating artwork and collateral for flyers and promotional materials for rooms and conferences.
  10. Maintaining and updating promotional flyers and stock of printed materials.
  11. Distributing sales leads.
  12. Working in alignment with business needs.
Your daily tasks include:
  • Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks.
  • Handling inquiries efficiently.
  • Coordinating site visits and familiarizations.
  • Participating in sales meetings.
  • Maintaining communication and data records.
  • Assisting with promotional activities and collateral creation.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in business language and tools.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in hospitality or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Ability to demonstrate service attributes aligned with industry standards.
  • Adherence to hotel rules, grooming standards, and policies.
  • Participation in training and self-development opportunities.
