Sales Coordinator

The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the hotel sales team through administrative tasks, coordination, and promotional activities. Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing all administrative documents required by the sales team.
- Attending to telephone, fax, and email inquiries promptly.
- Coordinating familiarizations and site inspections.
- Participating in monthly sales meetings.
- Managing sales department mail and maintaining a correspondence database.
- Assisting with direct mail campaigns.
- Maintaining both manual and electronic filing systems.
- Managing and updating the database.
- Creating artwork and collateral for flyers and promotional materials for rooms and conferences.
- Maintaining and updating promotional flyers and stock of printed materials.
- Distributing sales leads.
- Working in alignment with business needs.
- Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks.
- Handling inquiries efficiently.
- Coordinating site visits and familiarizations.
- Participating in sales meetings.
- Maintaining communication and data records.
- Assisting with promotional activities and collateral creation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in business language and tools.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in hospitality or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales or a related field.
- Ability to demonstrate service attributes aligned with industry standards.
- Adherence to hotel rules, grooming standards, and policies.
