We are seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our leadership team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with proven debt fund management, banking relations, and financial operations expertise.
Main Purpose Of Job: The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be responsible for the financial leadership, regulatory reporting compliance, and strategic financial planning of Braxtone Group and its subsidiaries. Given the Group's multi-entity structure, regulated operations, and external financing needs, the CFO will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial health of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial planning and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and financial reporting standards.
- Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions.
- Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to the leadership team.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial management role.
- Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Relevant educational background (e.g., degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field).
