We are seeking a friendly, attentive, and customer-focused Restaurant Waiter to join our team. In this role, you will provide excellent service to our guests, ensuring a pleasant dining experience from arrival to departure. Responsibilities include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area. The ideal candidate is a team player with strong communication skills and a passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Greet guests warmly and professionally.
  2. Present menus, answer questions, and offer recommendations.
  3. Accurately take food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar.
  4. Serve meals and drinks promptly, ensuring guest satisfaction.
  5. Monitor tables and attend to guests' needs throughout the meal.
  6. Clear and reset tables efficiently between seatings.
  7. Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally and escalate when necessary.
  8. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area.
  9. Collaborate with kitchen and other staff to ensure smooth service.
  10. Follow all company policies, health, and safety regulations.

Skills:

  • Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible with shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented approach.

Education:

  • High School diploma or higher.
