We are expanding our leadership team and seeking a dynamic, all-source intelligence analyst(s) and Program Director(s) with three to five years of relevant experience to help oversee global operations and intelligence programs across multiple sectors.

Position Summary:

The Program Director will lead cross-functional collaboration between TAM-C departments and client headquarters, ensuring the delivery of timely and accurate risk assessments, threat monitoring, and operational support. This individual will play a key role in shaping the company's tactical intelligence posture, supervising global programs, and managing project implementation in high-risk and strategic locations.

The All-Source Intelligence Analyst will serve as a core member of TAM-C's intelligence team, responsible for collecting, analyzing, and synthesizing information from multiple sources to produce timely, actionable intelligence for clients operating in complex environments. Working closely with other teams and external stakeholders, the analyst will ensure the accuracy and relevance of intelligence products that inform strategic decisions and real-time responses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate global security risk assessments, incident monitoring, and threat analysis.
  • Manage client-facing intelligence products and serve as the main liaison between TAM-C and client security teams.
  • Supervise and mentor analysts and support staff, ensuring the quality and timeliness of deliverables.
  • Drive collaboration across TAM-C departments to support intelligence collection, reporting, and operational planning.
  • Lead the development of standard operating procedures, escalation protocols, and intelligence briefings for field operations.
  • Review and advise on the analysis of suspicious activity logs, incident reports, and open-source/social media monitoring outputs.
  • Provide strategic insight on international security developments to TAM-C leadership and clients.
  • Remain available to support emergency/crisis situations on a 24/7 basis, as required.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in security analysis, intelligence, emergency response, or international affairs.
  • Bachelor's degree in international relations, political science, criminal justice, intelligence studies, or a related field.
  • Proven leadership experience managing programs or teams in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong research, writing, and communication skills with a sharp eye for detail and clarity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace; ability to present complex data visually.
  • Demonstrated expertise in travel risk assessments, threat trend analysis, and operational support.
  • Experience working with diverse stakeholders and teams across cultural and geographic lines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3 years of professional experience in security analysis, intelligence, emergency response, or international affairs.
  • Background in tactical intelligence or operational support for NGOs, government agencies, or multinational corporations.
  • Familiarity with emergency response protocols and crisis management.
  • Experience working in or supporting projects in high-threat environments.
  • Proficiency in additional languages is an asset.
