We have an urgent requirement for Java Developer in Banking Domain with our client in Bahrain.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Software Development: Design, develop, and breathe life into software solutions using Java.
  • Collaborate fearlessly with cross-functional teams to turn ideas into reality.
  • Cloud Integration: Architect scalable and resilient solutions using cloud expertise.
  • Infuse projects with the power of cloud-based services for optimal performance.
  • CI/CD Implementation: Orchestrate seamless software delivery through continuous integration and deployment.
  • Ensure CI/CD pipelines are efficient and reliable.
  • Code Quality and Review: Uphold the highest standards of code quality and inspire your team.
  • Lead code reviews and foster growth among team members.
  • Technical Leadership: Contribute to the technical direction of projects and mentor fellow engineers.
  • Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and conquer challenges in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Documentation: Create narratives for code, design, and implementation aligning with industry best practices.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Java.
  • Proficiency in software architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
  • Experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, or other cloud platforms.
  • Proficiency with CI/CD tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Additional Requirements:
  • Proven track record of delivering software solutions on time and within budget.
  • Experience in an Agile development environment.
  • Team player with adaptability to fast-paced environments.
  • Good to have: Cloud certifications from AWS, GCP, or Azure; experience with startup culture; client-facing roles; low latency coding skills.
