Job Purpose:

Ensure students' success by implementing the SABIS curriculum and philosophy, using the SABIS teaching methods.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Teach classes using provided lesson plans and develop plans as needed, following the SABIS point system.
2. Mark exams according to the schedule and materials provided.
3. Discuss disciplinary and performance issues with the Academic Quality Controller and Head of Department.
4. Implement the SABIS Point System to create a conducive learning environment.
5. Proctor exams, ensuring a proper testing environment.
6. Support low-performing students through guidance and motivation.
7. Assist in external exam preparation and revision schedules.
8. Perform administrative duties such as testing, substituting, organizing student activities, and managing logistics.
9. Participate in student life events and activities in coordination with the Student Life Coordinator.
10. Attend training sessions to improve understanding of the SABIS system and performance.
11. Perform additional tasks as delegated by school management.

Ideal Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Education or related field
• English Proficiency
• At least 1 year of teaching experience
• Professional conduct and ethical behavior
• Results-oriented, committed to continuous learning and improvement
• Accountability and ownership
• Excellent communication skills
