We are seeking a results-driven professional to lead sales and project management for beauty-industry furniture across luxury, mid-tier, and value segments. This role combines strategic sales execution with operational oversight to ensure client satisfaction and business growth.

  • Maximize sales opportunities of furniture across all market tiers: premium, mid-range, and entry-level.
  • Consistently meet or exceed brand sales targets and revenue goals within the beauty and wellness sector.
  • Manage end-to-end project delivery—ensuring installations and deliveries are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, deliverables, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales, supply chain, operations, logistics, and client services to ensure smooth execution.
  • Communicate project status and updates clearly and professionally to executive stakeholders and clients.
  • Stay attuned to industry trends and client needs, while remaining open to new ideas and building strategic partnerships that drive business success.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a beauty or cosmetics industry.
  • Fluent in English & Arabic language.
