Candidates should hold a Ph.D. in a relevant field from a reputable university.

Preferences will be given to candidates with demonstrated excellence in undergraduate teaching, both face-to-face and online, and relevant industry experience is considered an advantage.

Duties and Responsibilities Include:
  1. Teach up to five courses per semester, depending on rank.
  2. Prepare course syllabi, plan lessons, and assignments.
  3. Assess student progress through grading assignments, papers, exams, and other assessments.
  4. Advise students on course selection and academic planning.
  5. Collaborate with colleagues to develop or modify curricula for degree or certificate programs.
  6. Stay informed about developments and innovations in the field.
  7. Invigilate examinations.
  8. Participate in faculty meetings.
  9. Engage in administrative tasks related to teaching and assessment quality assurance.
  10. Contribute to research through proposals, papers, and publications.
  11. Supervise student projects and theses.
Requirements
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Ph.D. or DBA in Strategic Management with a background in Management Information Systems from a recognized institution.
  • Experience teaching management and related programs at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
  • Experience in developing higher education management programs or relevant industry experience is preferred.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with degrees from the United States and higher education experience in the U.S.
Skills and Competencies:
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with peers, leadership, and external stakeholders, including the business community.
  • Knowledge and experience with Learning Management Systems (preferable).
  • Demonstrated leadership aligned with AUBH core values of integrity, engagement, excellence, and making a difference.
