Life Guard: This position exists to maintain swimmer safety. Lifeguards monitor water conditions and guest behavior, enforce safety rules, and pay close attention to swimmer activities. They may issue warnings or ask guests to leave if safety is compromised. Lifeguards also assist new swimmers to enjoy the water safely.

• Supervise the swimming pool, monitor water safety, and ensure all safety procedures are followed
• Be aware of hotel activities and have knowledge of hotel facilities
• Perform duties as per OSM Standards
• Maintain proper grooming at all times
• Ensure safe operations within recreation areas, complying with health, safety, and fire policies
• Possess a university degree or equivalent
• Previous experience in a similar role is required
• Must be a licensed lifeguard with a valid license
• Good communication skills and command of English
• Be a team player, responsible, and reliable

• Minimum 2 years of similar experience
• Bahrain Lifeguard Certification is mandatory
• Fluency in English and team-oriented attitude
