Responsibilities: Lead the management of real estate investment funds, including portfolio construction, risk assessment, and performance monitoring. Source, evaluate, and structure real estate investment opportunities, conducting comprehensive due diligence and collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful transactions. Implement data-driven strategies to maximize returns and mitigate risks within the investment portfolio. Cultivate strong relationships with key industry stakeholders, including developers, brokers, and external partners. Collaborate effectively with internal teams (legal, finance, asset management) to ensure seamless execution of investment strategies.
