Bss-oss architect

We are looking for an experienced E2 E BSS-OSS Architect with expertise in Oracle's Rapid Offer Design and Order Delivery (RODOD) solution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and implementing end-to-end solutions for telecommunications service providers, ensuring seamless integration across Business Support Systems (BSS) and Operational Support Systems (OSS). Key Responsibilities: Solution Design: Develop comprehensive end-to-end technical solutions across the BSS/OSS stack, leveraging Oracle RODOD to optimize offer design and order delivery processes. Architecture Development: Create and maintain architectural blueprints, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices. Integration Management: Oversee the integration of Oracle RODOD with existing systems, ensuring interoperability and data consistency. Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and leadership to project teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to project timelines. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders, vendors, and partners to gather requirements, define solutions, and ensure successful project outcomes. Performance Optimization: Identify and implement performance improvements to enhance system efficiency and reliability. Documentation: Develop and maintain detailed documentation of solutions, including architecture diagrams, integration plans, and operational procedures. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. Minimum 6-8 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, with a focus on BSS/OSS architecture and Oracle solutions. Proven experience with Oracle RODOD, including design, implementation, and integration. Strong understanding of telecommunications processes and standards, including TM Forum Frameworx, e TOM, and SID. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Skills: Experience with Oracle Communications Order and Service Management (OSM) and other Oracle BSS/OSS products. Familiarity with cloud and virtualization technologies, such as Open Stack and VMware.
