Position: Full time in office attendance Responsibilities: Conduct legal research and analysis using various resources (e.g., online databases, legislation). Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and correspondence. Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and counsel. Maintain accurate and organized files. Stay up-to-date on current legal developments and changes in legislation. Perform administrative tasks as needed, such as filing documents and managing deadlines. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment. Adhere to the highest ethical standards and maintain confidentiality.
