Job Purpose The Senior IT Infrastructure & Systems Engineer provides full technical support in terms of IT infrastructure and systems engineering to help build and deliver mission-critical Infrastructure solutions and maintain & troubleshoot existing SABIS IT Systems and solutions in the various schools. Key Responsibilities: Supporting virtual and non-virtual windows server environments Supporting Microsoft server applications in Windows environments, Exchange, SQL Server, high availability systems, SAN, and NAS systems Supporting MS System Center Supporting Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and other server roles Installing operating systems and applications Supporting Terminal Server, Remote Desktop, and similar systems Supporting networks, switches, firewalls, and servers Traveling to regional locations Ideal Requirements: Bachelor's degree in computer science, telecommunications, or IT-related field Masters' Degree is preferred3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure MS Azure experience MCP/MCSA/MCSECisco CCNA/CCNPAdministration of Windows Server 2012, 2016 Active Directory and server roles Administration of Windows server Hyper-V and VMWare virtualization platforms Administration of Windows Active Directory, DNS, and DHCPAdministration of Routers, Firewalls, Security Appliances, and Gateways Administration of MS SQL Server 2012 and above Knowledge and experience with cloud provider technologies Able to operate in a fast-paced and changing environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills as a member of a team Passion for technology services with local school IT administrators Employment Requirements: Must meet all employment requirements including, but not limited to, country and local education and certification requirements, reference checks, and criminal background checks.
