We are looking for an organised, professional and proactive Site Manager. The Site Manager is responsible for the effective management of the school facilities, to champion and manage health & safety awareness, best practice and promote a proactive safety culture. This role involves managing the maintenance team, and caretaking team, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and supporting development projects to enhance school facilities. This role will include some out of hours responsibilities. Start Date: ASAPLocation: Isa Town and Saar Campuses Contract Type: Full time, non term time only position THE RIGHT CANDIDATE WILL HAVE: A proven track record in facilities management. Strong leadership capabilities. Excellent organisational and communication skills. Excellent English - both spoken and written. A solid understanding of health and safety regulations. An ability to work with a range of stakeholders including school leadership, external contractors, and internal teams. Experience in an educational setting or similar environment is highly desirable.
