Construction Manager vacancy in Isa Town Bahrain A rapidly expanding construction company in Isa Town is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. Responsibilities: Manage and lead a team of construction workers, subcontractors, and suppliers Create project schedules and ensure timely completion of all tasks Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency Develop project budgets and manage expenses within budget constraints Communicate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols on site Oversee procurement of materials and equipment needed for projects Review and approve project designs, plans, and specifications Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role Strong knowledge of construction processes, procedures, and best practices Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team Familiarity with project management software Knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, cost control, and quality control Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders We offer competitive salary packages starting at $1100 per month along with accommodation.
