Humanities teacher

Due to our exciting continued growth, we seek to appoint an outstanding Humanities Teacher for an August 2025 start. The specialism can be either within History or Geography up to i GCSE level and we will be expanding our KS4 options to include BTEC Travel and Tourism. In addition to this, we will be embarking on delivering a KS5 offer of Travel and Tourism with our first cohort of learners in Year 12. For the right candidate, there is the opportunity to lead this curriculum area. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to further develop the existing History and Geography schemes of work or to construct the Travel and Tourism course and deliver an exciting and engaging scheme of work for our pupils. There are many opportunities within the Kingdom of Bahrain for pupils to explore within this areaWe are looking for someone who is ambitious enough to take on this project and introduce opportunities for our learners to see what life is like in this sector of the industry outside of the classroom. Experienced specialist History, Geography, Travel and Tourism teacher using the English National Curriculum at Secondary level including i GCSE and Key Stage 5. Skilled in the best global educational practices. Committed to developing and inspiring every student to believe that they can and will succeed. Connects with pupils and teaches engaging lessons to form happy, creative, and confident learners. Tech-savvy, and fluent in using technology to extend and enrich each student's learning experience. Outstanding role models who embody our core values. Passionate about providing enriched learning opportunities for children in and out of the classroom. Committed to their own CPD. Excellent communicators who can ignite a passion for learning in our students. Strong academic background, work ethic, well-organised, having excellent interpersonal skills. Dynamic, enthusiastic, and well-qualified candidate holding as a minimum, a B. Ed. or a B. A & PGCE and QTS.
