Construction Project Manager Our construction company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage our projects in Dar Kulaib. This full-time position is suitable for men with or without experience and offers a competitive salary of 1500$. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent project management abilities, and a keen eye for detail. Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of the construction project, including budgeting, scheduling, materials procurement, and subcontractor management. Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring that deadlines are met and quality standards are upheld. Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are clearly defined and executed. Monitor progress and identify potential risks or issues that may impact the project timeline or budget. Communicate regularly with team members to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or challenges. Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control standards. Prepare progress reports for senior management. Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to ensure cost-effective solutions. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Minimum of 3 years experience in construction project management. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards. Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus). Proven leadership abilities with the ability to effectively manage a team. Proficient in project management software such as MS Project or Primavera P6. Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
