Position Overview: Reporting to the Managing Director, this is an opportunity for a driven Project Manager with a strong background in civil engineering and building construction to oversee and deliver a range of high-profile projects in Bahrain. Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and finalize construction projects according to strict deadlines and budgets. Lead and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, architects, and subcontractors. Ensure compliance with contractual, legal, and regulatory requirements. Manage project scope, schedule, and costs while maintaining the highest quality standards. Proactively identify and mitigate project risks. Oversee on-site activities, ensuring safety protocols are strictly adhered to. Foster strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders. Requirements: A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Proven experience as a Project Manager with a main contractor, specializing in civil engineering and building construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials. Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
