Job Title: Senior Design Lead

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary leader to drive the creative strategy for our global brand portfolio.

About This Role:

  • Develop Overall Creative Strategy: Create and execute a comprehensive creative strategy that maintains consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints, ensuring alignment with our business objectives.
  • Lead Brainstorming Sessions: Facilitate innovative brainstorming sessions with the creative team to develop groundbreaking concepts for campaigns, visual materials, and branding projects, driving innovation and creativity.
  • Creative Direction: Oversee the creative direction of all deliverables, including social media content, print materials, and digital assets, promoting our brand's vision and maintaining our edge in the market.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the internal marketing team and external creative suppliers to guarantee seamless campaign execution, fostering strong relationships and effective communication.
  • Team Management: Manage and mentor the internal creative team, promoting professional growth, skill development, and a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Innovation and Consistency: Ensure printing standards for collaterals (packaging) align with our brand guidelines while maintaining an edge through continuous innovation and improvement.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing and design to maintain our position at the forefront of creativity and stay ahead of the competition.
