Accessible and authentic with excellent communication skills. Profound interest in helping students to attain their academic and career goals. Display natural leadership qualities with remarkable problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. Minimum three years' experience in guidance counselling. Proficient with office computer packages. Proficient with Graphics design. Ability to work under pressure and self-correspondence. Ability to work collaboratively within teams.
