Join a scaling fintech at the forefront of their field, where you'll take full ownership of the commercial and growth strategy, leading market expansion, product performance, and cross-functional alignment across the GCC. The Role: As Chief Business Officer (CBO), you'll be a key member of the leadership team, working closely with the CEO to shape and deliver the company's strategic vision. This is a high-impact, commercially focused role, responsible for driving revenue, market share, and customer growth while ensuring operational excellence across Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Business Development. You'll play a central role in identifying new markets, launching new revenue lines, and ensuring the company's offering continues to meet customer needs, market trends, and regulatory expectations. Arabic-speaking candidates are highly desirable given the regional scope. What You'll Be Doing: Leading business strategy and execution across core markets and new territories. Owning P&L across departments and ensuring revenue, growth, and budget targets are met. Driving the product roadmap in line with customer needs, market demands, and regulatory frameworks. Overseeing marketing performance, customer acquisition, retention, and brand strategy. Working with engineering leaders to support on-time product delivery and scalability. Expanding partnerships, distribution channels, and new revenue opportunities. Managing KPIs across departments, tracking performance, and adjusting strategy as needed. Leading new market entry plans, go-to-market execution, and cross-functional readiness. Supporting compliance with consumer finance regulations and local data protection laws. What You'll Need to Succeed:15+ years of experience in senior leadership roles, ideally in fintech, digital lending, or consumer finance. Proven success driving business expansion, owning P&L, and delivering revenue growth at scale. Strong background in marketing strategy, product leadership, and commercial operations. Strategic mindset with a track record of translating plans into execution across cross-functional teams. Familiarity with regulated environments and consumer finance compliance.
