Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented CAD Draftsman to join our design and engineering team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in preparing 2 D/3 D technical drawings, collaborating with architects and engineers, and supporting projects from initial design to final execution. Experience in architectural, marine, or interior fit-out drawings is preferred. Job Details Category: Draftsman Type: Full Time Location: Bahrain Key Responsibilities Prepare technical drawings, layout plans, and detailed shop drawings using Auto CAD and other design software. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and production teams to translate concepts and sketches into accurate models and plans. Create detailed plans for architectural, joinery, marine (boat/yacht), and MEP layouts. Revise and update drawings based on feedback and design modifications. Participate in design meetings to gather project requirements and specifications. Perform quality checks on design outputs to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards. Produce multiple versions of design concepts for client and engineer/architect review. Support interior fit-out detailing, including section drawings and material specifications. Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of drafting experience, preferably in architecture, marine/yacht, or interior fit-out sectors. Proficient in Auto CAD, Revit, Sketch Up, 3ds Max, Rhino, Lumion, Photoshop. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Excellent communication skills and a team player. Preferred Experience Experience in yacht/marine drafting and modeling. Knowledge of joinery detailing and interior fit-out processes. Familiarity with UAE building codes and project standards.
