We are looking for a COMSEC Auditor, in Bahrain or willing to relocate at their own expense, who has experience and knowledge necessary to manage the day-to-day operation and handling of Navy COMSEC equipment to include compliance supporting COMSEC upgrading and testing. The COMSEC key personnel shall have experience in the design, deployment, upgrading and operation of COMSEC devices. RESPONSIBILITIES: Must be familiar with CMS-1/CMS-3 series manuals Interacting and coordinating with NSA, NCMS, CMIO, CRF's, Controlling Authorities, and Local Elements Providing COMSEC administrative support including material inventory, destruction reports, order placements, and tracking Performing equipment maintenance, upgrading, troubleshooting, issuance and operational instruction for COMSEC hardware (e.g. STEs, KSV-21, SKLs, KG-175s, VACM, KG-250s, IRIDIUMs, i Apps and KIV-7s)Conducting site visits and traveling to perform training, equipment maintenance/upgrades, and re-supply of necessary COMSEC related material or items Developing and maintaining Standard Operation Processes (SOPs) and COMSEC specific training guides Must be familiar with COMSEC Spot Checks QUALIFICATIONS: Possession of an active Top Secret clearance Minimum seven (7) years' experience in COMSEC management and operations Minimum five (5) years' experience in US Navy or Military Sealift Command Afloat Operations Minimum four (4) years' experience in equipment design, deployment, troubleshooting, upgrading and operation of COMSEC devices and accounting mechanisms Possess one of the following from the CSWF Designation code 723 Intermediate/Journeyman: Bachelor's degree from accredited University or CNSSI 4012-Senior Systems Manager Military training: CIN A-4 C-1340 Key Management Infrastructure (KMI) Operating Account Manager or CIN W-3 B-1500 EKMS Manager Certifications: Comp TIA Security TDI does business with the federal government, which restricts employment to individuals who are either US citizens or lawful permanent residents of the United States.
