Videographer Role Overview We are looking for a creative and skilled Videographer/Photographer to capture and produce high-quality visual content that aligns with our brand and marketing goals. The ideal candidate will have experience in shooting, editing, and delivering a variety of media formats for online platforms, social media, marketing campaigns, and internal projects. Main Responsibilities Videography: Plan, film, and edit engaging video content for various digital platforms (Social media, Youtube and campaigns). Collaborate with the creative team to understand project goals and develop concepts. Capture high-quality video footage, ensuring consistency in lighting, audio, and framing. Use post-production techniques to edit, color correct, and finalize video content. Maintain and operate cameras, lighting, audio equipment, and other production gear. Keep up to date with the latest trends and technology in photography and videography. Photography: Capture professional images for product, promotional materials, social media. Edit photos to enhance quality and meet the brand's visual standards. Manage all photography equipment and ensure proper setup for shoots. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, content, and creative teams to develop visual concepts. Attend meetings and provide input on how to visually capture and deliver the project's objectives. Travel to various locations for on-site photography or video shoots when necessary. Requirements Proven experience as a Photographer and Videographer. Proficiency in editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Adobe After Effects). Knowledge of camera equipment, lighting techniques, and audio recording. Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines. Excellent creative vision and attention to detail. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with teams. Flexibility to work outside of standard office hours, including occasional weekends or evenings. Ideal Candidate Experience in shooting for digital platforms, including social media content creation. Basic knowledge of motion graphics or animation (e.g., After Effects) is a plus.
