Key Responsibilities Conduct feasibility studies to assess the viability of new projects, particularly in the infrastructure and PPP sectors. Develop and maintain financial models to support business decisions, including forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis. Evaluate new PPP projects by analyzing their financial structure, risks, returns, and alignment with strategic goals. Provide financial analysis and recommendations for portfolio management, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and risk mitigation. Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand project needs and deliver actionable financial insights. Monitor ongoing projects, ensuring financial performance is on track, and provide timely reporting to senior management. Assist in investment decision-making, presenting clear and concise financial reports to executives and investors. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial models align with operational and strategic goals. Requirements: Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial analysis, with at least 3 years in a similar role related to PPP projects or infrastructure finance. Experience in feasibility studies, financial modeling, and portfolio management. A degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field; professional certifications (CFA, CPA, etc.) are a plus. Strong background in financial analysis and a deep understanding of the PPP framework. Experience working with top-tier accounting or auditing firms or PPP companies is highly desirable. Previous exposure to PPP projects or similar industries will be a distinct advantage. Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling tools; experience with financial analysis software is a plus. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and present clear recommendations. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with senior management and external stakeholders.
