Work Experience: 4.0 Year(s) To 10.0 Year(s)Function: IT Software - Project & Program Mgt / Other Job Requirements: Key Responsibilities: Experience working as a Team Coach Around 4-6 years experience as a Scrum Master with working experience in Scrum/Kanban methodology Facilitation skills in leading planning meetings, reviews, and retrospectives Work with senior leaders to define strategies and roadmaps for transitioning to Lean-Agile practices Design and lead workshops training sessions to educate individuals on Agile values, principles, and practices Technical Experience: Experience with the Scaled Agile Framework SAFe and/or any other popular Agile practices and frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Lean, Kanban, Extreme Programming)Technical acumen and understanding of Agile technical practices and how they operate within an Agile organization (e.g., CI, CD, XP, TDD, etc.)Professional Attributes: Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work with diverse personality types Facilitation skills in leading planning meetings, reviews, and retrospectives Ability to understand technical issues and set direction for the team People management experience Exceptional communication We are a global engineering and technology solutions company devoted to delivering knowledge that matters to help clients compete, innovate, and propel forward along the digital continuum.
