Salesman Digital (Mobiles, Digital Cameras and Accessories)A reputable retail chain of electronics & home appliances large format stores throughout the Gulf area requires for its branches in Oman & Bahrain the following position: Job Title: Salesman Digital (Mobiles, Digital Cameras and Accessories)Reporting to: Section Head General Description: Responsible for the daily activities and productivity of the retail sales. Ensures retail sales comply with established service levels, customer service standards, and strategic objectives. Manages multiple tasks simultaneously. Customer Service Ensure all customer service issues within the section are resolved on the same day. Ensure customers are greeted in a professional manner and provided with excellent customer service. Sales Performance Identify sales opportunities for the respective section. Create a sales culture within the section through data analysis and team communication. Develop and accomplish a region lead generation plan, meeting or exceeding monthly or annual targets. Exceed products & services sales budget. Loss Prevention & Safety Ensure adherence to all company-directed programs. Advise store management of potential security risks and major shrink issues. Comply with all safety & security procedures. Merchandise Maintenance Ensure total solutions services are communicated to the customer through strong merchandising standards. Implement section setup instructions daily as per store bulletin. Operational Effectively complete cycle counts within the section. Run auto replenishment processes effectively. Manage stock around seasonality of products, sales, and services. Ensure delivery processes are completed as per company policy & procedures. Protect stock through shrinkage management within the section. Requirements Language Proficiency: Arabic - Native / Mother Tongue English - Fluent / Excellent Other Requirements: Own a car: Any Have a driving license: Any Job Skills Bachelor's degree from a reputable university. Retail experience (not less than three years in the same position) in selling mobiles, digital cameras, and accessories. Arabic and English proficiency. Strong computer skills. About The Company
