JOB PURPOSE: The Customer Service Associate (CSA) is responsible for providing the highest standards of customer service, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. The CSA will engage in customer interactions, stocking, visual merchandising, ordering of merchandise, and related administrative duties. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide high standards of customer service, including gift wrapping and after-sales service. Greet all customers promptly and politely upon their entry into the store. Guide customers throughout the store according to their requests. Identify the specific needs of each customer entering the store. Provide accurate and current information about products for all inquiries. Operate the POS machine accurately and handle money consistently without error. Utilize upselling skills with all customers. Attach price tags to merchandise on the shop floor. Maintain a clean and tidy shop floor, restocking goods and ensuring attractive displays. Work towards reducing incidents of theft and alert management in case of such occurrences. Follow safe working practices at all times. Steam all hanging merchandise and ensure folded merchandise is neat and organized. Adhere to grooming standards as per brand guidelines. Maintain high levels of attendance and punctuality. Participate in stock control and management. Receive and store deliveries of stock, report discrepancies, and stock shelves with merchandise. Maintain a clean and organized back-stock area, including the staff break area. Follow FIFO (First In First Out) practices consistently. JOB REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma or equivalent.1-2 years of experience in the Chocolate, Food Retail, or Food & Beverage industry.1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
