This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive- Automobile at Euro Motors. The Sales Executive will be responsible for achieving sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities

Achieve set sales targets.
Welcome customers according to dealership guidelines.
Handle phone, email, and web inquiries related to sales.
Conduct test drives and gather customer feedback.
Prospect using marketing tools.
Follow up post-sale to ensure customer satisfaction.
Attend sales meetings.
Assist customers with car customization.
Serve as the point of contact for assigned customers.
Update CRM and dealer database daily.
Close deals with profit maximization.
Negotiate trade-ins with pre-owned and after-sales teams.
Propose trade-in options when possible.
Prepare quotations following guidelines.
Handle contracts, documentation, and delivery procedures.
Suggest financing and insurance options.
Stay updated on Ferrari and competitors' products.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive retail.
Bachelor's degree in business or relevant field.
