Product Foundations and Introduction to Research Begin with an overview of product management and UX design, exploring the roles, responsibilities, and essential skills. Delve into user research methodologies such as surveys, interviews, and observations to understand user needs and pain points. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market opportunities and gaps. Craft a compelling product vision and strategy that aligns with user needs and business goals.
