Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and team members. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in using recruitment tools and technologies. Fluency in English and Arabic. Desired Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or any related field.
