This opportunity is directly with Handover Consulting as we seek experienced and dynamic individuals to join our growing team as Client Portfolio Managers. The Role We are seeking highly motivated and experienced individuals to join our dynamic team as Client Portfolio Managers. This is a remote position that offers a unique opportunity to build and manage a portfolio of clients across key markets in the Middle East, including Saudi Arabia, UAE, Bahrain, Egypt, and Jordan. As a Client Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing client relationships, and overseeing recruitment operations. This role requires a strong entrepreneurial spirit, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the Executive Search and Recruitment industry. Responsibilities: Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned markets. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their specific needs and challenges. Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve revenue targets. Client Management: Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention. Proactively address client concerns and provide timely solutions. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client service. Recruitment Operations: Oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. Implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Manage a team of recruiters and ensure they meet performance targets. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of recruitment operations. Manage budgets and track expenses to ensure profitability. Monitor revenue and cost-saving initiatives. The Candidate Essential Skills and Experience: Proven track record in business development and client relationship management within the recruitment industry. Existing portfolio of clients that can be easily transferred to the new role. Deep understanding of the Middle Eastern market, particularly in Saudi Arabia, UAE, Bahrain, Egypt, and Jordan. Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and team members. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in using recruitment tools and technologies. Fluency in English and Arabic. Desired Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or any related field.
