**Job Title:** Commercial Kitchen and Laundry Equipment Technician
Description:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling all technical aspects of the Commercial kitchen and laundry equipment division. This includes managing major projects, after-sales maintenance contracts (AMC), and interacting with clients, consultants, and contractors directly.
Using various strategies and tools, they will provide effective solutions to customers' concerns, communicating with clients, engineers, and other technicians to ensure seamless service delivery. They will also follow up promptly on service requests and provide customer feedback.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitoring equipment and machinery performance and developing preventative maintenance measures.
- Conducting quality assurance and safety checks on all equipment.
- Delivering demonstrations to educate customers on safe and effective equipment use.
- Providing recommendations on new features and product improvements.
- Managing inventory and reordering materials as needed.
Degree Requirements:
A Diploma in a relevant field is required for this position. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working with commercial kitchen and laundry equipment.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
