Country: Bahrain Job Title: Head Pastry Chef We are seeking a skilled and experienced Head Pastry Chef to join our team at a high-end restaurant in Isa Town, Bahrain. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating delicious and visually appealing desserts and pastries, as well as strong leadership skills to oversee the pastry department. The Head Pastry Chef will be responsible for developing new menu items, managing inventory and ordering supplies, and training and supervising junior pastry chefs. The successful candidate must have at least 5 years of experience as a Pastry Chef in a fine dining establishment, strong knowledge of pastry techniques and ingredients, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. A degree or certification in culinary arts is preferred. As the Head Pastry Chef, you will play an integral role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests through your creativity and expertise in pastry making.
