Mathematics teacher

Due to the expansion and growth of the school, we are looking to appoint an 'outstanding' teacher to deliver Maths up to GCSE and (A level 2026/27). The ability to offer Economics at GCSE/ A level would be desirable. We seek to appoint dedicated team members to join our community who are committed to ensuring that learners have the best educational experience possible and are able to achieve at the highest levels. Our School Nadeen School opened in 1978 in converted villas with a philosophy to educate the whole child to be creative and imaginative learners, connected to the community and to our environment. Just over a year ago, we moved into a brand new building with state-of-the-art facilities situated in Dilmunia. Our School Structure and Community We currently have well over 800 learners in the school and we are growing. We are a fully inclusive school with a passion for ensuring that every learner is able to succeed regardless of their starting points. Our learning community is made up of around a third of Bahraini learners with the rest being drawn from the wide-ranging expatriate community in Bahrain with learners coming from around 60 plus different countries and cultures. The curriculum is based on the National Curriculum for England (NCf E) and all teaching is in English. Our learners are enthusiastic, articulate, and motivated young people who want to do well and engage in active enquiry-based lessons where you as the teacher facilitate their learning experiences in creative ways that stretch their thinking and engage them in innovative and enterprising learning opportunities.
