Learn more at www.invenio LSI.com. Role - SAP Redshift Managing Consultant Job Summary We are seeking a technically proficient Redshift Managing Consultant to join the technology team. This role involves designing, developing, and analytics models within environments, specifically tailored for enterprise-level data management and reporting solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with SAP HANA, SAP BW/4 HANA, and S/4 HANA, and will be responsible for delivering high-performance data models and analytics solutions. He should have worked on SLT & Data Services mandatory. Analytical Skills Proficiency in developing SQL scripting and Postgres Redshift modeling. Experience with SAP S/4 HANA, SLT & Data Services. AWS S3 Understanding is good to have. Strong understanding of SAP HANA architecture, performance tuning, and data management techniques. Familiarity with ABAP programming and SAP HANA SQL Script. Responsibilities Develop Database Artifacts in Redshift Database. Design and develop complex views for advanced data modeling and analytics within the ecosystem. Implement data models that meet business requirements, ensuring high performance and scalability in large-scale enterprise environments. Utilize annotations and associations to enhance CDS views, enabling efficient querying and reporting. Work closely with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions using SAP CDS. Conduct performance analysis and optimization of DB views to minimize data retrieval times and enhance user experience. Implement best practices in SQL scripting, indexing, and data partitioning to improve the efficiency of models. Ensure data integrity and quality by implementing robust data validation, cleansing, and transformation processes within CDS views. Develop and enforce data governance policies, ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards. Collaborate with data architects and governance teams to maintain accurate data lineage and metadata. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, guiding them in the development of CDS views and SAP analytics solutions. Worked on Real Time Data Extraction using SLT. Stay current with SAP advancements, continuously improving the technical capabilities of the team by integrating new features and best practices. Develop comprehensive documentation for views, including data models, dependencies, and performance tuning techniques. Establish and maintain coding standards, ensuring that all developments are aligned with SAP best practices and organizational guidelines. Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure high-quality deliverables. Qualification/Education Requirements Bachelor's Degree IT or equivalent 3-6 years of experience in one or more SAP modules. Certified in AWS Redshift is preferred. Exposure to other SAP modules and integration points. Knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques. Ready to work in rotational shifts timings. Business Skills Excellent oral and written communication skills, the ability to communicate with others clearly and concisely. Experience with Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, Power Point, and Visio (optional). Understand business processes for focus areas or modules. Ability to do research and perform detailed tasks. Strong analytical skills. Consulting Skills Aptitude for working in a team environment; problem-solving skills, creative thinking, communicating clearly and empathetically, strong time management, and ability to collaborate with all levels of staff. Understands consulting "soft" skills necessary on engagements, as well as with team collaborative initiatives. Ability to interpret requirements and apply SAP best practices. Develop new professional peer relationships for additional business or possible new consultants. Helps develop overall marketing messages. Communicates project resource requirements to staffing coordinator/clients. Ensures quality implementation (works with QA program). Leadership Skills Seeks ways to increase the project team effectiveness. May act as a mentor for the team. Works well as a leader of the entire team (motivates team). General Skills Assists the project team efforts in documenting the developing solutions for client situations. Assists team effort in preparing and developing solution documentation for projects. Completes assignments within the time allotted, meets project deadlines, and makes and keeps sensible commitments to the team. Learns to understand and adhere project and organization guidelines with all administrative responsibilities in a timely and effective manner. Keeps manager apprised of workload direction and concerns. Learn to analyze and develop reliable solutions that produce efficient and effective outcomes. Develops a deeper understanding of SAP methodologies, tools, standards, and techniques. Assists with project documentation, and demonstrates effective organizational skills, with minimal supervision. Adopt learning quality standards and correctly prioritizes own activities following the project plan.
