About the Role:
As the Professional Services Manager at NCR, you will oversee and manage critical service relationships with clients, drive business growth, and ensure successful delivery of solutions. Your understanding of client needs, strategic mindset, and technical expertise will enable you to create tailored solutions and enhance customer satisfaction. You will manage a diverse team, handle complex projects, and maintain relationships with top decision-makers, while identifying and securing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain knowledge of industry trends, NCR's products and services, and client requirements.
Lead the delivery of technical consulting services for NCR's customers in banking and financial services.
Act as the primary contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and meeting their needs with tailored solutions.
Manage the full lifecycle of customer accounts, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
Collaborate with sales and operations teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives.
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new business opportunities and growth.
Provide leadership and coaching to implementation teams, ensuring high-quality service and continuous improvement.
Identify potential risks and proactively manage delivery issues for smooth project execution.

Required Skills & Experience

8+ years in IT consulting, project management, or customer-facing technical roles.
Experience managing large-scale service delivery, business development, and customer relationships.
Strong leadership skills with team coaching and development abilities.
Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English, engaging senior stakeholders.
Industry experience in banking/financial services is highly preferred.
Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies like Agile.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Experience in IT program/portfolio management and delivery.
Native Arabic speaker is required.
Bahraini nationality is an advantage.
