Recruitment Incharge at Y K Almoayyed & Sons (B. S. C)Responsibilities: Achieve monthly individual sales targets set by the management. Ensure daily prospecting, cold calls or customer visits made as per the standards set. Qualify the customer requirement and submit the quotation accordingly as per the company guidelines. Ensure to submit daily Call reports, Hot Prospects, Lost order and monthly reports. Ensure to update the customer database into the company's system and utilize the database to enhance the referrals and sales. Ensure a good product knowledge & information about the competition models features and utilize information to enhance the sales conversion ratio. Propose and follow up with finance for credit approvals for the customers and convert to the sales. Develop long-term relationships with corporates to enhance the sales. Offer and conduct test drives with every new customer, emphasizing test drives for the new models to build confidence. Actively participate in all sales campaigns and marketing activities to enhance the sales. Ensure that the car delivery to the customer is made within the specified timeline and the new car delivery process is followed. Call the customers for post-sale follow up as a part of the sales process.
