Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities. Track and monitor the progress of graduates and program participants to ensure they achieve desired outcomes. Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to program success, including placement rates, student satisfaction, and career advancement. Collaborate with the Student Experience and Coaching teams to provide comprehensive support to graduates and participants. Use data analysis techniques to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Develop and maintain data dashboards and reports to track progress and inform decision-making. Assist in the execution of partnership events, workshops, and networking opportunities. Provide general administrative support, including scheduling meetings, tracking deliverables, and managing documentation. Maintain accurate records and files related to partnerships and program outcomes. Assist with the preparation of presentations and reports. Ensure that program performance aligns with established key performance indicators (KPIs) as outlined in the agreement. Qualifications and Skills Bilingual: Fluent in Arabic and English Previous experience in talent acquisition, business development, sales or related roles Strong technical skills, including proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques Excellent presentation skills and ability to tailor content to different audiences Knowledge of tech industry trends and market dynamics Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders Unless otherwise noted, remote positions can be performed from the following approved General Assembly operating countries: United States of America, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and Singapore.
