The Wyndham Garden Manama in Manama, Bahrain is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to oversee all aspects of managing the outlet. This includes supervising, training, and inspecting personnel to ensure service standards are met while controlling expenses and labor costs.
In collaboration with the Restaurant Manager, this role will develop and implement business strategies to achieve revenue, profitability, and quality goals for the Food and Beverage Department.
This position works within the hotel's guidelines and business plan, as well as Wyndham Corporate policies and procedures, and adheres to local requirements and regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Create and implement a comprehensive annual F&B Department Business Plan
- Oversee all outlets, conference, banquets, and room service
- Ensure proper coordination with other operations departments
- Monitor achievement of department goals and objectives
