Merchandiser (supermarkets)

We are looking for a Merchandiser to join our team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring our products are well-stocked, properly displayed, and effectively promoted in supermarkets across the country. This role requires regular visits to assigned supermarkets, managing stock levels, and maintaining strong relationships with store managers. Experience in merchandising, sales, or FMCG is preferred. Ability to communicate in English and Arabic (preferred). Good negotiation and customer service skills. Physically fit to handle product placement and stock arrangement. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Responsible For Visit supermarkets across Bahrain and ensure the availability of our products. Maintain proper stock levels and prevent shortages or overstocking. Ensure all products are correctly displayed and comply with planograms. Build strong relationships with store managers and staff to enhance product placement and visibility. Monitor sales performance and report on stock movement. Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities. Coordinate with the sales team for orders, deliveries, and promotions. Ensure all promotional materials are placed correctly in stores. Collect feedback from store personnel and customers to improve product positioning. Job Nature Full Time Educational Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Any additional certification in sales, marketing, or retail is a plus. Experience Requirements5 years Job Location
